Carger Music was established in 2011 as an agency for Royal Caribbean and Azamara Cruise lines. Agency's director has been a Musical Director for Royal for 15 years and has the experience to help guide you through the audition process and into a Cruise ship musician job either in one of our orchestras or as a duo to 6 piece band.
