To gain employment on a cruise ship you need to be a hard working team player, dedicated to providing an excellent service to guests on board. Cruise ship employees are highly motivated, outgoing & friendly and have a positive attitude.

You'll need to have a minimum of two years' work experience relative to the position you are applying for. You'll also need a passport valid for at least one year and a pre-employment medical before joining a ship at your own expense. All crew members need to provide a police criminal background check prior to boarding.
