PPI's highly trained port lectures provide passengers with information on ports of call they visit including shopping recommendations, details of the cultural backgrounds, island histories, do's and don'ts, and shore excursions opportunities. We also offer follow-up merchandise dispute settlement. Our port lecturers function as a team in concert with the shore excursion manager when presenting a port of call, so that shopping and tour revenues are maximized.
