Virgin Voyages Recruitment Tour
The Virgin Voyages recruitment team is touring the world in search of top-notch crew members to join their first ship, the Scarlet Lady.
The ‘Rockstar Recruitment Tour’ started in May and has already visited Italy, Croatia, Spain, the UK, Ukraine and Belarus. Over a six-month period the team will visit 18 countries in total, in search of extraordinary people for a variety of positions on board the Scarlet Lady. Their aim is to build a crew that is passionate about creating the world’s most irresistible holiday at sea.
Together with their recruitment partners, they are seeking people who are amazing to work with and who live and breathe customer service. They want you to bring your personality to work with you. They love passion, authenticity and being human. They are also committed to diversity and inclusion and are firm believers that the world is better off when everybody is part of it. Colourful hair, tattoos and a rock and roll attitude are encouraged – just be you!
They are aiming to create a team of incredible people who will always go above and beyond and love providing what they have dubbed ‘RockStar Service’ - you will be an essential part of making the sailor experience fantastic.
