How not to apply for cruise ship jobs

When possible, always include a covering letter with your job application. The covering letter/email is your advertisement - make sure it is straight to the point, not too long and easy to read.

Following our recent example of wrong approach to applying for jobs on-board cruise ships, here is another example of how not to write covering letters or emails.

A lot of young applicants use text speak in their correspodence. It is not professional and difficult to read for those not familiar with text speak (this includes most recruitment agents). Make sure you do not make the same mistake.
